Wash Club Unlimited

A membership covers one registered vehicle and the wash named in its plan: Big Kahuna Unlimited covers The Big Kahuna, and Long Board Unlimited covers The Long Board. It includes one wash per vehicle per day (Pacific time).

You can upgrade to a higher plan or to SUV/Truck pricing from your profile at any time. The upgrade starts right away, and you're charged the prorated difference for the rest of the month that day.

You can change the plate on a membership from your profile once every 30 days.

It renews automatically every month and charges your card until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time, and your membership stays active through the end of the month you paid for. If a renewal payment fails, you can keep washing for 7 days while you update your card; after that the membership is suspended until it's paid.

Reasonable use

Wash Club Unlimited is for personal use of the registered vehicle, about 2 washes a week. Redondo Car Wash may contact or remove members whose use goes well past that, at its discretion.

10-wash books

A wash book is 10 washes of the wash named in it (The Big Kahuna or The Long Board), paid once, and costs the same for any vehicle type. It can cover up to 3 registered vehicles on your account, which you add or remove from your profile. The washes never expire. One wash per vehicle per day. A book doesn't renew and you won't be charged again.

If you also have a membership that covers the same wash, the membership is used first and the book is kept for later.

Vehicle type

Membership prices depend on the vehicle type you choose at signup: car, or SUV/truck, which costs more. Vans and minivans count as SUV/truck. The attendant checks the plate and vehicle type at the lane, and a wash isn't redeemed if either doesn't match the vehicle.

You can redeem a wash from your phone: sign in to your profile, slide to redeem, and show the attendant the screen. The wash is used when you slide, so only slide once you're at the lane.

Canceling

Sign in to your profile at redondocarwash.com/portal with the email you signed up with, then tap "Manage billing or cancel".

Refunds

No refunds except for billing errors.
